Simple, honest licensing.

Buy once, use forever. You keep the version you bought permanently; updates and support run for a defined window. You may build unlimited apps — you just may not resell the template itself.

Solo

One developer, unlimited personal or company projects, perpetual use of the version you bought, 12 months of updates.

No source resale; no handing the template source to a client as a deliverable.

Team

Up to 10 developers in one organisation, unlimited organisation and client projects (agency use), perpetual use, 12 months of updates.

Clients receive the built application, or source bound to that single client project. No template resale.

Builder Pass

Team rights across all three core starters plus the Legacy shelf, examples, and docs. 12 months of updates and support.

Same redistribution boundary as Team.

Common terms

• Compiled / deployed customer apps are always unrestricted.
• Open-source dependencies remain under their own licences (notices ship in each package).
• Prohibited: republishing the template itself, free or paid, or a derivative template.
• Perpetual use is separate from time-limited updates/support — after the window you keep everything already received.
• 14-day refund window; a refund revokes the entitlement.

Support & end-of-life

• Core starters: install/setup, defect reports, upgrade questions — 2 business day target. Minimum 24 months of maintenance; 6 months' notice before EOL.
• Legacy Templates: security and compatibility fixes only — 5 business day target. No new features.
• Entitled customers can always download the final version indefinitely.
